Tuck Looks For Perfection Against Nordiques

So far this season the Tuckies(12-3-0) have gone undefeated against the 9-7-0 Nordiques. Tuck is the only team the Nordiques haven't been able to beat this season, and they are responsible for 42% of the Nordique's losses.

All three games have been close, decided by a goal or two and all three have been dominated by two players offensively. The Nordique's Jordy "McBreakaway" McGee has 5 goals and Tuck's Brandon "The Harry One" Harrington has racked up 5 goals and 3 assists.

The difference has been the outstanding netminding of Tuck's Mike "Wine & Dine" Devine who has made 96 saves in those 3 games, including 39 in a 3-2 Tuck Win on November 27th.

Tuck has been crazy good this season with only 2 real losses and a forfeit. The Nordiques have played them hard, but need to focus on shutting down Harrington. The other talking point for the Nordiques is the loss of their goaltender, Johnny "Temper Tantrum" Turner who has been unbeatable at times this season. In Turner's absence, due to travel, Gregory "Bin Feiden" Feiden will be protecting the pipes for the Nordiques. If Feiden isn't spectacular, this one could get ugly fast.

Tuck takes this game 6-3.

Tuck Finishes Strong in 5-1 Rout of Nordiques

Like last week against the Gamblers, the Nordiques came out hard again and played a solid first period only to see their legs disappear and Tuck dominate the second two periods. Tuck was without their offensive superstar Brandon "The Harry One" Harrington, but that only opened the door for Samuel "Adams" Pond to put the team on his back and let them ride him to glory. Pond's hat trick and helper were the catalyst for the win, but as usual the stellar play from Mike "Wine & Dine" Devine was the backbone to this team's success. Devine was outstanding, especially early on as he turned away 27 of 28 shots on net.

TCK 1-0 - Sam Pond beats Feiden along the ice from Stern-Plaza

NDQ 1-1 - A give and go and give and go between Park & Phillips saw Phillips hit park in the high slot. Park let a shot go that beat Devine 5-holio but later admitted he was aiming high glove...pure, natural talent.

TCK 2-1 - Pond gets the puck in the high slot and gets stick checked as he fired the puck on Feiden. The slow dribbler went under Feiden's glove as he slide right to left handcuffing him. "That's one he would LOVE back for sure." recalled Park.

TCK 3-1 - Peter Mellen gets the puck behind the net and squirts out front firing a shot on Feiden from the goal line. Feiden makes the save, but as he and his defenseman Kelly "Defensive Liablity" Park look for the puck, Mellen jams home the puck with 8 seconds left on the powerplay.

TCK 4-1 - A collision in front of the Nordiques net saw Eric Krivitzky loose his stick and as he and Park sat there like jackasses looking at the stick, Stern-Plaza let a point shot rip using those two dummies as a screen and beating Feiden a foot off the ice, inside the post blocker side.

TCK 5-1 - Another defensive lapse from Park as "Mad" Max Pinto fired a shot from the goal line, Feiden made the save but the puck dropped on the goal line and Park didn't take Pond's stick as he jammed it home...Fucking awful.
