JT got his Nordiques squad pumped and ready to take on Tuck in a battle for first place and (most likely) the top playoff seed on Jan 30th with a stirring and emptional pre-game speech. JT also brought his A-game en route to a close and tough 4-3 Nords win, and garnered 14 of 43 votes for top POW honors. Tied for second were Avs and Nords superstars Nick Bayley and Will Meyer with 9 votes each. Bayley, aka Dr. McSelfish, had the Hatty including the GWG in the Avs' comeback win against the Leafs. Meyer had 2G in the Nords 4-3 win over Tuck to help his team re-gain first place overall in both points and winning percentage. UVHL Leading scorer Adam Hogg led his Storm Kings with 3G, 2A to a 6-3 victory over the very tough Bruins, and was right behind in the voting with 8 in his favor. Last, and I guess least, in the voting this week was Avs super winger Christian Isaac with 3 votes for his 1G, 2A performance against the Leafs 7-4. Great games, Players! This week's nominees represents the elite in the UVHL this season.
