Cardigan Forfeits...Gamblers Win

The game between Cardigan and the Gamblers was cancelled after alcohol was found in the parking lot at Cardigan Mountain School. The athletic director was kind enough to cancel the remainder of the season, but to just cancel the one game. This may be a blessing in disguise seeing as how heated the previous 3 games have been between these two teams. There's been tons of penalties, a good amount of cheap shots, boat loads of aggression and a handful of ejections. Additionally, the bye week will allow the Gamblers & Cardigan to charge up their batteries heading into the playoffs.
