Tuck v Dead River
| ODDS: | Tuck By 3 Goals |
| OVER/UNDER: | 9 Goals |
Though Dead River has been playing better, this is Tuck's game to lose. Tuck's last win came 5 weeks ago against Dead River and this game should have the same result.
Tuck's offense starts with Brandon "Harry" Harrington and his 18 goals and 27 points in 10 games. Harry has fit nicely with Josh "The Journey" Cherney(8-10-18) and Tyson "Touchy Feely" Seely(6-11-17). Their defense has been bolstered by the outstanding play from Josh "Wrecking Ball" Cherney(7-8-15).
Dead River has only one player in double digits scoring this season in Jason "The Luminary" Loomis(10-5-15). The rest of the team has been offensively challenged at best.
If Tuck's top line is intact tonight, this should be an 8-3 win for Tuck.
Dead River Downs Tuck in Shootout.
The last place Dead River squad finally got their second win of the season with a 6-5 shootout win over Tuck tonight. More importantly was the fact that Dead River\'s netminder Greg \"Bin Laden\" Bin Feiden got his first win of the season. Feiden made 32 saves on the night on 37 shots, but really shined in the shootout, stopping all three Tuck shooters for the win.
This was a back and forth battle as the two teams traded goals for the first two periods, with Tuck scoring and Dead River countering. Dead River didn\'t actually have a lead until a pair of goals 31 seconds apart late in the second period by Jason Loomis to tie the game and finally take the lead.
Dead River entered the third period with a 4-3 lead and held it for almost 8 minutes before a great individual play by Brandon \"Harry\" Harrington lead tied the game. Dead River responded just 50 seconds later on a Jay \"Zamboni\" Zanleoni goal from Kyle Koetsier, only to see Tuck\'s Sam \"The Ocean\" Pond tie the game up 51 seconds after that from Tyson \"Iron Mike\" Seely.
Seely had a nice night for Tuck with an early pair of goals and the late assist, but wasn\'t given a chance to complete his excellent night in the shootout.
Feiden was a stud in the shootout, stopping Josh Cherney, Sam Pond and Brandon Harrington for the win. Tuck\'s Benny \"The Tower of Power\" Dower was good as well shutting down Bruce Kordecki but Jason \"The Bling\" Grambling threw a nifty move to beat Dower for the win.
