Brewers @ The Tuckerdoodles
| ODDS: | Brewers BY 2 Goal |
| OVER/UNDER: | 10 Goals |
#4 vs #5 in the standings face off against one another in Tuesday night's first game. The Brew Crew brings their 2-1-1(5 pts) record to face a Tuck team that has lost three in a row. Both teams were thoroughly spanked by the Gamblers this season, but the Brewers have also had a big shootout win over the Whaler's in week one and a shootout loss to the 2nd place Nordiques in week 3.
Both teams have had roster issues to start the season, but Tuck seems to have found some additional talent to round out theirs. The Brewers on the other hand, have made a franchise out of playing with a short bench, but they are getting older and fatter.
Leading the way for the Brewers is Billy "Dr. McFeely" Fletcher with 6 assists in three games. Keith "Large" Lazarczyk has scored 33% of their teams goals, and Matty "Taz" Albertozzi has been decent between the pipes.
Tuck has added ex-D1 Dartmouth alumni Brandon Harrington who's two goals and an assist in his first career game has Tuck salivating at a possible return to glory. Nate "The Great" Walsh currently leads the team in points(6), and Benny Dower has show flashes of brilliance between the pipes.
This game could honestly go either way...but Vegas says that the Brewers take it 6-4.
Brewers Take it to Tuck, 9-2
The Brewers were the favorite in this one by two goals...apparently they took offense to those odds and put up a crisp 9 spot and shut down Tuck\'s offense. The top line of Aaron \"The Man\" Mancuso, Billy \"The Kid\" Fletcher & Chris \"The Hobbit\" Johnson were outstanding as they scored six of their team\'s nine goals and combined for 11 points on the night.
Rostering two full lines for the first time this season, the Brewers were finally able to sustain a consistent attack without slowing down in the final frame. Mancuso led the team with a pair of goals and trio of helpers. \"The top line was awesome tonight, especially Mancuso\" stated team mate Chris \"Doobie\" Dubin. Fletcher added a hat trick and assist and Johnson had a goal and assist.
At the back end Dan \"Super Chubby Hubby Chunk-O-Matic Fatty McFatterson Triple Scoop\" Charette had a career night with three helpers, two of which were first assists. Matching Charette\'s offensive prowess was his solid defense as he anchored a a physical blue line for the Brewers. That defense played extremely well in front of Matty \"The Spaz\" Albertazzi. The Spaz stopped 27 of 29, with at least 7 or 8 key saves early in the game.
The first goal didn\'t come until 8:39 to play, but after that point the Brewers compiled 4 goals in the first period as the ice tilted.
Tuck looked a bit off tonight. Even recent Dartmouth College Hockey Grad Brandon Harrington couldn\'t right the ship despite chipping in a goal late in the game.
The Brewers could be a force to be reckoned with as they added some youth with local talent in Timmy Barrett. Barrett had a pretty goal for his first career goal in his first career game.
Both the Brewers & Tuck take on their week one opponents next week. Both teams were winners in week 1. Tuck should get their second win of the season over Dead River, while the Brewers have their hands full with an improved Whaler\'s squad.

If Garren's hockey game is anything like his golf game then Tuck should take this one easy.
