Tuck comes into this week as the number two team in the league with a 5-2 record. Tuck lost last week to the Jacks, although they were shorthanded they still played a very good game and never gave up. Tuck is led by Jed McDonald (2nd in points), Will Collions and Dan Rosen in goal who has the leagues best save percentage.

The Nords come into this week in fourth place with a 3-2-2 after an impressive 12-0 throttling of Ramuntos. The Nords are getting hotter as each week goes on. They are led by James Solon (1st in points), Pierce Mayhew and Roger Phillips.

This will be the most entertaining game of the night if both teams have full rosters. The Nords will be in this game all night but will have trouble putting the puck past Rosen. Tuck wins this one 4-2 with a couple goals late.

The final game of the night saw the Nordiques take on Tuck. Both teams had short benches but the Nords were lighter only having 7 skaters.. The first period started with both teams playing hard and looking for the game"s first goal. Tuck was able to get on the board first as Mark Rautiola beat JT from the slot low stick side at 11:55. The Nords played hard and tried to get the equalizer but Dan Rosen was solid in the first period (15 saves) and wouldn"t let anything by. The first period ended with Tuck up 1-0.
The second period saw the Nords come out even more aggressive as the pressured Tuck, they finally were able to get one past Rosen at 13:17 when Jamie Solon beat Rosen high glove side. Solon was set up after the Nords went D to D (McDermott to Park). With the game tied 1-1 both teams had plenty of chances but both goalies were on tonight and the games next goal didn"t come until late the period. Jamie Solon put the Nords up 2-1 at 2:44 as he tipped a Pierce Mayhew shot from the point and it trickled through Rosen"s 5 hole. The Nords kept the pressure on and scored just a minute later when Pierce Mayhew and Roger Phillips broke in 2 on 1, passed back and forth to beat Rosen and go up 3-1 heading into the third period.

Tuck came out buzzing and trying to get back into the game, because of their pressure early in the period the Nords took a penalty putting Tuck on the power play. Will Collins scored a PP goal at the 8:40 mark after being set up by Mark Rautiola and Conrad Trimbath, putting Tuck down by a goal (3-2). Both teams played hard as each team was looking for the games next goal, for Tuck it meant they would tie the game and for the Nords they could put the game out of reach. Both goalies played well and made the saves they needed keeping their teams in the game. With about 2:30 left in the game, Tuck pulled their goalie in hopes to tying the game. Tuck was finally able to with a goal from Conrad Trimbath with just 43 seconds left in the game. At this point the Nords were tired and looked like they were just hanging on to get shoot out. Jamie Solon had other ideas as picked up the puck from the faceoff and skated into Tuck end where he beat the defenseman and deked Rosen hard and slammed home the puck to put the Nords up 4-3 with just 24 seconds left in the game. The Nords would go on to win the game with just 7 skaters. Tuck looked very good at times but had to rely a lot on Rosen as they were missing their captain and scoring machine Jed McDonald.
