Top 4 teams qualify for the postseason
The top 4 teams at the end of the regular season advance to the UVHL Playoffs. Seedings are determined by win percentage (points earned ÷ total possible points). If teams are tied, the tiebreakers below are applied in order.
Tiebreaker Criteria
- 1 Win Percentage — Points earned divided by total possible points
- 2 Regulation Wins — Wins decided in regulation time (no OT or shootout)
- 3 Head-to-Head Record — Record between the tied teams during the regular season
- 4 Goal Differential — Goals For minus Goals Allowed
- 5 Goals Allowed — Fewest goals allowed earns the higher seed
