Can the struggling Dead River squad make this a game? They are finally back on their "home turf" and could be motivated by a couple of frosty ones in the parking lot after the game. The inconsistencies of the Brewers game has haunted them all season, looking awful one week and terrible the next. The biggest question is, who will be in net for Dead River? Whoever ends up being the unlucky target between the pipes, should mentally prepare to be hung out to dry. Dead River's focus on defending their own zone and protecting their goaltender is non-existent. The Brewers on the other hand have played some stellar defense at times this season, but need to get their offense clicking. They haven't scored more than 3 goals in their last 4 games, but their last 3 goal performance was a 5-3 win over Dead River five weeks ago. The Brewers should walk away with a win in this one, 6-3.

This one does have the makings for an upset, but seeing how awful River Rats have been, I'm going to stick with the Brewers. KP
