Tuck saved the best for last in the late game

The best game of the night was this up-and-down roller coaster ride that I was witness to in the UVHL quarter final elimination game between the UVHL Avalanche and the Dartmouth Business School, Tuckies. This game featured excellent goaltending at both ends and crowd-pleasing scoring throughout. Both teams need to be creative to score as Meg Becker and Jim Beraldi were both "on" tonight. The Erikson, James and Guyette line was excellent accounting for 2 of the 3 goals. Matt Waterbury was clearly the player of the game, scoring two third period goals, one of the game-tying and one of the game-winning variety. The last ditch effort gives Tuck another chance to defend their crown as they face the might Storm Kings in next week's Semi final game.
