In the first game of the night we had the top seed Tuck (4-0) hosting the Jacks (1-2).  Tuck came tonight ready to play in their last game before going a 6 week break and the Jacks had a very light bench this week due to varies reason. Tuck wasted no time getting on the scoreboard as Mark Rinaldi put them up 1-0 at the 12:16 mark.   Tuck would then score two more goals in less than a minute to make the score 3-0 with 11:18 left in the period. The second goal was scored by Thomas Fortney and the third was scored by Mark Rinaldi (2nd of the night).  Although Tuck came out fast and got 3 goals in less than minute span the Jacks finally woke up after the third goal but they couldn't get on the scoreboard.  The first period would end with the score Tuck 3-0.

In the second period Tuck again came out fast as Thomas Fortney would put Tuck up 4-0 at the 12:34 mark. Tuck would continue to dominate the play but they wouldn't go up 5-0 until 6:32 on Mark Rinaldi's 3rd goal of the game.   The Jacks wouldn't give up even though they had a short bench and were down 5-0, the Jacks Sean Murphy put his team on the scoreboard with 4:38 left in the period to make the score 5-1.   The period would end with the score 5-1 and the Jacks had picked up some momentum heading into the third.

In the third period the Jacks came out buzzing and were able to get the games next two goals, the first coming from Tim Patten at 12:49 and the second from Sean Murphy with 11:55 to make the score 5-3.  After giving up two quick goals, Tuck would answer right back on a goal from Dan Gregg to make the score 6-3 with 11:15 remaining in the game. The score would remain 6-3 until 2:42 left in the game when Emmanuel Vezina scored to make the score 7-3.   Tuck's Mark Rinaldi scored his 4 goal of the night with 45 seconds left in the game as Tuck went on to win the game 8-3 and remain the league’s only team that is unbeaten still as they improve to 5-0.
